A fictitious sympathizer and contact person should be created for a guide through heartbreak. Preferably illustrated. After a short design phase, Holly was born: a young woman who reflects ourself and is a pleasure to listen to. She guides the reader in an upcoming book through the stages of heartbreak – with helpful tips and techniques, useful background knowledge and plenty of exercises in her journal.
